Directions (From Dallas):
6500 County Road 415, Cross Plains, Texas
1. Take IH 20 (IH30 merges into IH20) to Exit 330 (Hwy 206 South) in Cisco Texas. Approximately 2 hours from Dallas.
2. Take Hwy 206 South for 20 miles to Cross Plains. SLOW DOWN in Cross Plains -- 30 mph zone is strictly enforced
3. Continue through the stop sign in Cross Plains on Hwy 206, after 2.3 miles take Hwy 279 to the left
4. Continue another 2 miles on 279 until you reach CR-415 on the left. This is also the BROWN COUNTY line.
5. Turn left on CR 415 and proceed for 3 1/2 miles (CR 415 will turn right and then back to the left).
Our gate is the last gate on the right and the only high-fenced property on CR 415 (it is the SECOND gate on the high fence property).
If you put the address into your GPS it will most likely take you the "shortcut" way down FM 569 (or even possibly down SH 183 through Rising Star) and bypassing Cross Plains. That way is 10 minutes faster but a little more complicated at the end down one-lane gravel roads. Go at your own risk!
